Delivery time and costs depends on the type of delivery chosen.

• OMNIVA parcel machines - 3-4 working days. Price - 4.50 eur *

For orders with delivery via Omniva parcel machine-advance payment by bank transfer. When placing an order, you will be redirected to the secure payment platform Paysera.

For pickup in store orders, there are two payment options:

• Pay in store: cash or credit card;
• Payment by bank transfer through the secure payment platform Paysera.

A paid order can be edited within one business day until you receive a notification that the order has been shipped.

Products purchased with delivery on the website www.benettonshop.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, the order is subject to the conclusion of a distance sale agreement. The product can be returned and exchanged by delivering it to our store "United colors of Benetton" in Riga, shopping center "Domina", 1st floor, Ieriķu iela 3.

Important! Exchange and return are subject only to goods with the original, label / packaging, not damaged or worn goods.

Products that cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons: underwear, swimwear, socks and tights.

In case if you had received defective product, please contact us:

by writing an email to info@benettonshop.com or by calling +371 67873606, indicating the order number and attaching an image of the defective product. (We will contact you within a working day) or deliver the goods to our store "United colors of Benetton" in Riga, shopping center "Domina", 1st floor, Ieriķu iela 3.
